We are open all year. Reservations are recommended. All major credit cards are accepted at the Sage and Sand as well as checks approved by Telecheck.

Units two through five are large units with several rooms each that can sleep four to six guests in comfort. Units twelve through eighteen are double beds, some with small refrigerators and microwaves.

Number thirteen is a popular and much requested kitchenette that can sleep up to seven people. It has a full kitchen with a table, a living room section and two separate bedrooms with a large and newly remodeled bath.

Stop by the office in the morning for free coffee and a continental breakfast.

Units seven through eleven are kitchenettes with one queen bed per room. Rates in the kitchenettes are based on a two-person occupancy. Units twelve through eighteen are double beds, some with small refrigerators and microwaves.

Reservations are made by credit card and can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before your stay. Some special weekends require a two-day minimum stay and a weeks cancellation. These include The Fishing Derby in January,the Cutter Races in February, Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Room Features

We have eighteen clean and comfortable rooms, varying in room size. Many rooms have multiple beds and adjoining rooms. All the rooms have a sparkling clean private bath and shower.

Mom and Pop? Yep, we are! We provide you with good clean rooms, new televisions and cable TV (HBO and Cinemax are included). Phones are in all rooms. We are walking distance to the free hot springs, great restaurants, the night life and the very special Saratoga shopping district.
